While growing up, Caitlin was an athlete, and keeping in shape was easier for her. She always felt that the rule “you are what you eat” didn’t apply to her. The moment Caitlin became a mother things changed and she stopped her routine of running and working out. As a result, she started gaining weight to the point where she felt like she didn’t recognize herself anymore.
Caitlin had gotten out of shape and knew she had to do something about it. She decided to sign up for the Gold’s Challenge. Starting was a bit frustrating as she was easily tired even though she was a former college athlete and a triathlete. However, that didn’t deter her from attending the fitness classes where she mixed some workouts the program suggested with her own.
With time Caitlin got better as her stamina returned and working out became easier. In addition, she also followed the suggestions as well as nutritional ideas the Gold provided her and began counting calories. Caitlin began losing 1-2 pounds a week and at the same time gaining strength and stamina. She started feeling healthy, strong, accomplished, and also like herself again.
