However, that didn’t deter her from attending the fitness classes where she mixed some workouts the program suggested on her own.
With time she got better as her stamina returned and working out became easier. In addition, Caitlin also followed the suggestions as well as nutritional ideas the Gold’s provided her, and she began counting calories. She began losing 1-2 pounds a week and at the same time gaining strength and stamina. She started feeling healthy, strong, accomplished, and also feeling like herself again. At the end of it all, Caitlin had lost more than 25 pounds and learned to make her health and fitness her priority. She won $6500 from the Gold’s Gym Challenge in 2020.
