Bill Stevenson (William Stevenson) is an American businessman and founder of The Stone Balloon Tavern and Concert Hall in Newark, located near the University of Delaware. He is Jill Biden’s first husband. Jill Biden is the wife of President Joe Biden, the 46th president of the United States. Stevenson came to the national and international spotlight in September 2020 when he gave an exclusive interview to the Daily Mail claiming that his ex-wife Jill and her current Husband Joe had an affair that broke their marriage.
