Anna Olson is a popular American professionally trained pastry chef. Currently, Anna hosts the Twitter exclusive video short series Sweet Something which can be seen on Food Network Canada Twitter. Anna also hosts short videos on her YouTube channel Oh Yum with Anna Olson.
Before, she worked as the host of Food Network Canada’s Fresh with Anna, Sugar and Kitchen Equipped, and Bake with Anna. She opened Olson Food at Port in Port Dalhousie, a historic lakeside community in St. Catharines, Ontario. In April 2009, Anna sold the Port Dalhousie shop, to their long-time friend and pastry chef Andrea Poirier and her sister Leesa Leshkewich. She was a pastry chef at Inn on the Twenty in Jordan, Ontario for seven years, where she met her husband, chef Michael.
